We have a vision for bringing beautiful structures with a seamless experience to the area. Local to Southwest Florida and serving its community, Anderson Enclosures takes pride in providing each customer a free on-site consultation.

We purchased a home in Port Charlotte three years ago. It came with a screen caged pool and large covered lanai. The lanai leaked in heavy rains and three different local roofing companies could not stop it. I contacted Anderson Enclosures after seeing several good recommendations on the Punta Gorda Community Facebook site and they came right out to assess the situation. After a thorough inspection they located several poor construction areas causing the leaks. The old pool cage was starting to rust and was forever moldy colored, even after power washing. Anderson Enclosures put together a proposal for a completely new lanai roof, new gutter system and new pol cage for LESS then what the roofers wanted for repeated failed repairs. The job was done exactly as quoted and in a quick and efficient manner. The staff was friendly, and all the workers were respectful and cheerful. The finished product is beautiful, and we have received numerous complements. Even the Charlotte County Building Inspector commented on the tight corners and great fitting roof. AND, unlike many local contractors, Anderson Enclosures comes back for any minor issues after the checks are cashed. We are completely satisfied with the work and final product and give them a 100% recommendation. Call for a quote. You will not be disappointed.”
