We purchased a home in Port Charlotte three years ago. It came with a screen caged pool and large covered lanai. The lanai leaked in heavy rains and three different local roofing companies could not stop it. After a thorough inspection they located several poor construction areas causing the leaks. The old pool cage was starting to rust and was forever moldy colored, even after power washing. Anderson Enclosures put together a proposal for a completely new lanai roof, new gutter system and new pol cage for LESS then what the roofers wanted for repeated failed repairs. The job was done exactly as quoted and in a quick and efficient manner. The staff was friendly, and all the workers were respectful and cheerful. The finished product is beautiful, and we have received numerous complements. Even the Charlotte County Building Inspector commented on the tight corners and great fitting roof. AND, unlike many local contractors, Anderson Enclosures comes back for any minor issues after the checks are cashed.
